A real estate brokerage in Portugal is using an AI powered real estate agent chat bot to answer questions and guide, prospective buyers through listings at any time. It’s doing virtual tours apparently? 🤷🏻‍♂️ The @HousingWire article says: “When customers engage with the AI agent, they provide basic details such as location preferences, budget, and the number of bedrooms. From there, the AI can filter listings and conduct virtual tours, offering detailed descriptions of available properties.” Very cool. But when it comes to offer time, then what? Is the “AI agent” still involved? Is it handling any of that? I don’t believe so. Here’s the rub. This 💩 is changing FAST. The speed of innovation and AI adoption + integration is only speeding up.
