#ad Sushi has been my biggest craving this pregnancy... but since raw fish is off the table, these spicy tuna rice cakes have been saving me. 😂 They come together in under 10 minutes, pack a ton of flavor, and totally hit that sushi craving in the best way. I’m using @Wild Planet Foods tuna because they’re committed to sustainable fishing practices, third-party mercury testing, and protecting our oceans — which feels even more important with Earth Month here. 🌎🐟 Plus, it’s wild-caught, tastes amazing, and makes it easy to swap tuna in for a quick, protein-packed meal. Fresh, flavorful, and easy — my kind of lunch. SAVE & TAG ME WHEN YOU TRY! For the Tuna Salad: 1 can Wild Planet Foods albacore tuna, drained 1–2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt 2 tsp Dijon mustard 1 tsp sriracha 1/2 tsp garlic powder, salt + pepper squeeze of lemon juice For Assembly: 4 plain rice cakes ÂŊ avocado, sliced ÂŊ cucumber, thinly sliced Spicy tuna mixture Pickled onions Sriracha drizzle Make the tuna salad: In a small bowl, combine tuna, Greek yogurt, sriracha, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy and well combined. Assemble the rice cakes:
– Spread avocado slices on each rice cake, followed by cucumber
– Add a scoop of the tuna salad
– Top with pickled onions
– Drizzle with sriracha on top
– Garnish with fresh dill and enjoy!

Youthjuice - E.K. Sathue 3.5/5 ⭐ī¸âī¸âī¸đŸ’Ģ “The deck is stacked against a girl from the second she recognizes herself in a mirror.” Sophia Bannion is pushing 30 and feeling aimless. Tweaking her resume just a bit, she lands a job as a copywriter at Hebe- a luxury skincare company. When her boss asks her to test and review a new product called Youthjuice, it doesn’t take long for her to realize this isn’t your typical cold cream. When she finds out the source of the secret ingredient, she decides that she’s willing to push the ethical boundaries for a taste of the fountain of youth. I love a good coming-of-rage and I had very high hopes for this book. The writing was engaging, quick, witty, and at times gruesome. The timelines flash between current day and Sophie’s adolescence. Unfortunately most of the flashbacks fell flat for me. The timelines felt unrelated for a long time, but eventually became clear that the purpose was that of a villain origin story. And of course with a horror novel about toxic beauty industry standards, I couldn’t help but compare to Rogue by Mona Awodâ€Ļand Youthjuice just didn’t live up to it. #review #bookreview #youthjuice #bookreviewer #horror #horrorreader #horrorreview #horrorbooks #horrorbookstagram #horrorbook #books #book #booksbooksbooks #bookstagram #bookstagrammer #BookTok
