I was recently talking with a good friend about the process of earning my CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development) or previously known as CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance). 📜 It was great reminder of the countless nights spent studying while also balancing a demanding career and young family. 🥱 There were times I wondered if it was worth it.
